**US Citizenship Required.**

Assists in the development and implementation of production and tooling methodologies. Participates as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the integration of technical solutions. Works with others to develop, identify and implement conceptual designs and maintenance of the program architecture for build. Assists in implementing manufacturing plans. Resolves technical problems and assists in the implementation of new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts. Assists in the implementation of Lean principles and technologies. Interfaces with professional associations, suppliers, IPTs and internal customers to develop products, skills, knowledge and experience.

This position will require the ability to obtain customer approval for access. Dual citizenship or prior citizenship of any other country may preclude ability to obtain access. A 3rd party background check relating to personal and business finances, residences, employment history, past drug use, prior military service, and criminal behavior will be conducted.

Requirements:

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (ABET accredited)
• 3 + years knowledge and experience of assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities (e.g., composites, structures), and data needed for defining delivery configurations (e.g., design definition, program directives, engineering drawings, change memos, wiring diagrams and schematics, functional tests, supplier data).
• Ability to read and interpret old 2D drawings
• Familiarity with aerospace parts/products
• Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft & 3D modeling software

PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience with GoldEsp
• Experience IVT
• Experience CATIA
• Experience with out of production aircraft sustainment.

Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry required.
