Health Care Coverage

We realize that health insurance benefits are an important part of any employment package. That’s why we work to provide employees with quality coverage options.

CTS offers three separate medical plan options as well as dental and vision coverage. Select the plan that best meets your and your family’s needs.

With our “High Deductible” medical plan you can also elect to participate in a Health Savings Account “HSA”. With an HSA you can make tax-deductible contributions each year to pay for current and future health care costs.

When you opt to enroll in our group insurance plans you can have your insurance premiums deducted on a pre-tax basis.


Pre-Tax and 401(k) Plans

Invest in your future with our traditional pre-tax and Roth 401(k) plans. Contribute from 1 to 50 percent of your income, through payroll deductions, to be deposited into any of the funds CTS offers.


Visa and Green Card Processing

We offer visa and green card processing services to employees who are coming to the U.S. to work or who require visas to travel outside the U.S. on business.
